A Clearwater Yard Built for the Waterfront
Ed and his wife were rebuilding a waterfront home in Clearwater. The broader project included a pool, travertine patio and seawall. EverBlade's role was the artificial turf installation that brought green space into the finished outdoor layout.

The Plan Paused. The Commitment Did Not.
Ed contacted EverBlade in August 2023 while he and his wife planned their outdoor space. They placed a deposit to reserve their turf for when the rest of the property was ready.
Hurricanes Helene and Milton disrupted the Clearwater-area rebuild in 2024. As the family worked through repairs and construction, EverBlade stayed in touch. When Ed was ready to move forward in 2026, Rio confirmed that the original deposit still applied, and the team honored the earlier agreement.
The storms delayed this project. EverBlade installed the turf after the rebuild progressed; this story does not claim that the installed lawn endured those hurricanes.
From Bare Waterfront Ground to a Finished Lawn
These images came from Rio's project record. The first two show the ground beside the waterfront and patio before the turf installation. The later photos show EverBlade's finished lawn integrated with the completed outdoor space.
Built Around the Pool, Patio and Water
The finished project shows how artificial turf can fit into a layered Clearwater backyard rather than covering every surface. Lawn areas sit alongside the travertine, pool, planting beds and seawall, giving Ed's family green space within the outdoor design they had worked to complete.
EverBlade installed the turf; the pool, patio, seawall and other rebuilding work were part of the larger property project. For a yard of your own, our team can review your layout, turf options and installation scope during a Florida consultation.
