What's Covered

Your EverBlade installation is protected against defects in material or workmanship under normal use. Coverage includes:

• 25-year product warranty: 15-year manufacturer guarantee plus a 10-year EverBlade extension
• 2-year labor warranty on installation workmanship

Eligibility

• You are the original purchaser of the installation
• Your Certificate of Completion has been signed
• Final payment has been made in full

What's Not Covered

Like every turf warranty in the industry, coverage excludes damage from causes outside normal use, including burns, cuts, or vandalism; damage from improper footwear or equipment; harsh chemicals or improper infill; issues arising from an improperly prepared sub-base by others; post-installation fibrillation from misuse; lack of proper maintenance; and acts of God such as flood or fire. Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void coverage. Service calls to explain normal product use are not covered.

The Claim Process

1. Submit the claim form with a description of the defect
2. Our team reviews your claim and coverage
3. An authorized EverBlade technician inspects the issue, typically within 15–30 days
