Polymer Blending
Raw polymers are blended to exact softness, resilience, and UV-stability specs for the blade shapes we sell.
Yarn Extrusion
Blended resin is extruded into the blade shapes across our lineup: S-shape, Omega/S, Wave, Diamond, and Mini-C.
Tufting
High-precision tufting machines lock each fiber into the backing at exact density.
Coating & Backing
Polyurethane backings are applied for strength and drainage.
Quality Control
Every run is lab-tested for fiber strength, colorfastness, and safety before it ships.
