What Artificial Turf Actually Costs

Starting at $8.50 per square foot installed, a $3,500 project minimum, and zero down financing. No form to fill out first.

Why We Publish a Number

Most Turf Companies Won't Tell You This

Most artificial turf companies make you sit through a sales call to hear a price. We would rather you decide whether to call us with real numbers in hand.

$8.50

Per Square Foot, Installed

That is the starting point for residential turf. We carry blades across six price tiers, so there is an option whether you need a pet run, a front yard, an entertaining space, a play area or a sport surface. Higher tiers cost more; this is the floor, not the average.

$3,500

Project Minimum

Our minimum project is $3,500, which covers a typical area of 350 to 375 square feet. Base preparation and crew time cost roughly the same on a small job as a large one, which is why a minimum exists at all.

$0

Down, With Financing

Zero down financing is available through GoodLeap, our preferred lender. Pre-qualification is a soft credit pull that does not affect your credit score, so you can see what you qualify for before committing to anything.

The Real Number

What a Full Project Costs

For most homeowners, a complete backyard lands between $5,000 and $12,000, depending on square footage and blade selection. That range comes from real jobs, not a marketing floor. Your design consultation gives you an exact number before you commit to anything.

What's Included

We are a lump sum contractor. Your price covers base preparation, materials and labor as one number, not three separate line items you have to track down.

What's Not Included

Anything outside the turf scope itself: fire pits, french drains, irrigation or drip lines, special excavation and other add ons you request. Those are line itemed separately in your agreement so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

Where This Applies

Same Pricing, Two Markets

This pricing applies whether you are in our Salt Lake City, Utah hub or our Tampa, Florida hub. See the Tampa page for Florida-specific installation details, or explore our full landscape turf lineup for what happens after the design consultation.

0

Surprises on the Invoice

Weeds along edges and window reflection are the two issues turf owners ask about most. We walk through both during your consultation, before you sign anything, not after.

Good to Know

Frequently Asked Questions

Residential turf starts at $8.50 per square foot installed. We carry blades across six price tiers, so the number moves up from there depending on the blade you choose, whether it is a pet run, a front yard, an entertaining space, a play area or a sport surface. We are a lump sum contractor, so that per-square-foot figure includes base preparation, materials and labor, not just the turf itself.

Yes. Our project minimum is $3,500, which covers a typical area of 350 to 375 square feet. That minimum exists because base preparation, crew time and delivery cost roughly the same whether a job is small or large, so a project below that size is not one we can price efficiently.

For most homeowners, a full project lands between $5,000 and $12,000, depending on square footage and which blade you choose. That is a real range from real jobs, not a marketing number, and your design consultation will give you an exact figure before you commit to anything.

Anything outside the turf scope itself: fire pits, french drains, irrigation or drip lines, special excavation, and other add ons you request. We line item those separately in your agreement so you can see exactly what you are paying for and why, rather than finding them buried in one lump number.

Yes. Zero down financing is available through GoodLeap, our preferred lender. Pre-qualification is a soft credit pull that does not affect your credit score, so you can see what you qualify for before you decide to move forward.

Because most homeowners calling around are tired of sitting through a sales pitch just to hear a number. Publishing a real starting price, a real minimum and a real average project cost lets you decide whether to call us before you spend an hour finding out.
