Residential turf starts at $8.50 per square foot installed. We carry blades across six price tiers, so the number moves up from there depending on the blade you choose, whether it is a pet run, a front yard, an entertaining space, a play area or a sport surface. We are a lump sum contractor, so that per-square-foot figure includes base preparation, materials and labor, not just the turf itself.

Yes. Our project minimum is $3,500, which covers a typical area of 350 to 375 square feet. That minimum exists because base preparation, crew time and delivery cost roughly the same whether a job is small or large, so a project below that size is not one we can price efficiently.

For most homeowners, a full project lands between $5,000 and $12,000, depending on square footage and which blade you choose. That is a real range from real jobs, not a marketing number, and your design consultation will give you an exact figure before you commit to anything.

Anything outside the turf scope itself: fire pits, french drains, irrigation or drip lines, special excavation, and other add ons you request. We line item those separately in your agreement so you can see exactly what you are paying for and why, rather than finding them buried in one lump number.
