At EverBlade Designs, we stand behind the quality of our turf and installation services. Your investment is protected with one of the strongest warranties in the industry.
In no event shall EverBlade Designs, LLC be liable for consequential damages arising from a breach of this warranty.
Product Warranty: EverBlade Designs, LLC provides a 15-year manufacturer’s guarantee. In addition, EverBlade Turf adds an extra 10 years, for a total of 25 years of product coverage.
Labor Warranty: All installations are backed by a 2-year labor warranty.
Eligibility: This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and becomes active upon project completion, signed Certificate of Completion (COC), and final payment.
During the warranty period, EverBlade Designs will repair or replace, free of charge, any part proven defective in material or workmanship. All warranty work must be performed by an authorized EverBlade Designs technician.
EverBlade Designs covers all expenses related to warranty repairs, except in the following circumstances:
This warranty does not cover:
Burns, cuts, accidents, vandalism, abuse, neglect, or negligence.
Wear or abrasion caused by an inadequate sub-base.
Use of inappropriate footwear or sports equipment.
Use of the surface for purposes other than those intended.
Use of cleaning chemicals, herbicides, or pesticides not approved by EverBlade Designs.
Improper cleaning methods.
Use of infill products of incorrect grade or standard.
Harmful chemical reactions caused by infill materials.
Post-fibrillation after or during installation (other than to place infill).
Failure to properly maintain, protect, or repair the turf.
Acts of God or other conditions beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure).
This warranty does not cover costs, repairs, or services related to:
Service calls to correct installation or explain product use.
Repairs necessitated by uses outside normal residential or commercial application.
Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
Corrective work performed by anyone other than an authorized EverBlade Designs technician.

Notify EverBlade Designs, LLC by submitting a claim using the form below.
Provide details of the defect, malfunction, or nonconformity promptly upon discovery.
An authorized service technician will schedule a visit within 15 – 30 days of your claim to repair or replace defective parts.
